Derby Core Collective (shortened as Derby CC) is a soft good & bearing brand, as well as a tight crew mainly from Paris and its suburbs.
Felix Baillet and I co-founded Derby CC in 2020, right before Covid with the will to start a collective that would allow us to express ourselves through many mediums, while staying in what we both like a lot: the flipping piece of wood.
As part of my role at Derby CC, I took part in the following activities & roles:
- As a filmer, produced most if not all of the video content Derby CC as put out since its creation, for youtube and instagram. Also took care of the diffusion of the said videos, through good relationships with specialized skate mags such as Solo, La Skateboarderie and Sugar.

- As a product manager, took care of the sourcing of most soft good pieces we produced, at a European and International scale.

- Took care of the different partnership needed for the expansion of such a project. Derby CC worked with other crew for collabs, and collaborated with drinks and brands to make launch events, pop up stores and premieres possible.
- As part of my role in sales, I participated in the set up of durable relationships with our B2B clients : core skateshops. I also set up the e-commerce website, through the use of wordpress and its extension Woocommerce.
Derby CC is an on going project that allows me to test lots of things filming wise but not only, has many aspect of running Derby CC go beyong camera handling.
